1. Taxi

Our guest may use taxi transport from/to Zagreb’s airport Pleso. We will provide you with the contact information and mobile phone number of the taxi driver in due time via e-mail. The driver will meet you at the airport, and will be holding your name tag so you could easy spot him.

In order to organise the service of the taxi driver we need the following information:

ARRIVAL– 48 hours prior to arrival
Number of persons
Flight number and accurate arrival time
Mobile phone number at which you can be reached by the driver in order to schedule the arrangement

DEPARTURE– 24 hours prior to departure
The driver will pick you up at least two hour before the flight, so should you have any other and different requests, please inform us on time.

3. Mobile phone use

In order to avoid high roaming costs, Intacta apartmani d.o.o will provide you with a prepaid mobile phone to use free of charge while in Zagreb. You may buy add-in vouchers of 100.00 or 200.00 kunas and add-up your account. A card may be purchased via our website at any time during your stay in the apartment.

4. Mini bar

We do our best to make you feel at home when you come to our apartments. Therefore we equipped mini-bars with various food and beverages you may use according to your taste and desires. A list of products its quantities and prices can be found in each apartment. We do not refill mini-bars during your stay.

5. Zagreb card

To obtain many discounts for shopping and services in Zagreb you may buy Zagreb 72 hrs card via our website.
Tourist Board of the City of Zagreb and the company Five Stars Ltd., have prepared for you, our dear guest the ZAGREB CARD, a tourist card for all visitors of Zagreb. If you buy the ZAGREB CARD you will experience many possibilities, surprises and you can get discounts in most of the shops.
Free ride in city’s public transport, discounts in almost every museum, in many restaurants, shops, service providers stores, and many other conveniences are the main reasons why the ZAGREB CARD is an irreplaceable companion through Zagreb.

6. Additional cleaning of the apartment

Intacta Apartmani takes special care to maintain you living space impeccable. Regular cleaning is included in the rent price, and includes cleaning before and after your stay, and once a week if you are going to stay longer than 7 days.
If you want to have your apartment cleaned more often, you can order additional cleaning service in advance. Additional cleaning includes: vacuum cleaning, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen cleaning.

7. Dry cleaning and laundry washing

In order to make your stay more pleasant we also provide dry cleaning and laundry washing services, and the delivery of the cleaned laundry. Use the bags supplied in the apartment to put in the clothes for washing.

8. GPS navigation

Getting around Zagreb and Croatia can sometimes be difficult for a foreigner. To save your time and make your travel easier we are can rent you a GPS navigational system for your car.
GPS device should be attached to the windshield, you should enter the street and the city you wish to travel to and then the GPS system clearly displays the path you should take and navigates you on the road.
In cooperation with our partners Frula d.o.o. – everyday technologies , we can provide you with Mio PDA P350 device with the most detailed map of Croatia.
