For longer stay in our apartments we can give you special discounts.
Renting the apartment more than 14 days - 5 % discount.
Renting the apartment more than 30 days - 12 % discount.
Renting the apartment more than 60 days - 20 % discount.
The apartment’s rent includes:
Using the Internet and all other equipment as described.
Tourist fee and VAT
Cleaning prior and after your stay in the apartment and one weakly cleaning for longer stays. (We can provide daily cleaning, by your request, but that service is extra charged.)
All utility costs except the phone (electricity, water, gas, parking - if one exists within the building)

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The minimum renting period are two days.
After you select the apartment, period, and extra services, on our website you will get a pro-invoice with the amount for the rent and services you selected. If you wish to modify the booking information click on RESET button below the calendar and repeat your selection.
If you are satisfied with the choices you made, click the button CONTINUE. You may access online reservations, i.e. online booking.
Reservation / Booking (online reservation) – only for bank transfer payments
The apartment you selected will be available for 48 hours.
If you are satisfied with your choice and the amount of the rent, fill-in the field in YOUR INFORMATION form and click the button BOOK.
This means that you have made the online booking for your apartment. The booking confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.
Intacta apartmani d.o.o. will preserve your reservation for 48 hours in which you are supposed to make the advance payment. The amount may be paid in total or partially (advanced deposit *) and you should send us the payment receipt to make sure that you apartment is booked for the desired period.
After we receive the payment receipt, we will send you detailed confirmation of your booking information.
Deposit payment* - if you want to rent the apartment for more than 7 days, you will be given the option to pay the rent in the amount of 3 days partially in advance, and should the reservation be cancelled, the rent will be refunded according to the terms of cancellation.
Online booking only for online credit cards (Master and Visa) payments
If you pay by a credit card, the selected apartment is booked immediately on your behalf.
When you check and confirm the pro-invoice, fill-in the field in YOUR INFORMATION form and click the button PAY.
By this step you will make a total payment for the period and the apartment you selected, and a booking confirmation message will appear on the screen, and also be sent to your email address.
The rent for the selected apartment may also be partially paid (deposit payment*)
After you complete the fields in YOUR INFORMATION form, click the button DEPOSIT.
By this step you will make a partial payment for the booking, and a booking confirmation message will appear on the screen, and also be sent to your email address.
Deposit payment* - if you want to rent the apartment for more than 7 days, you will be given the option to pay the rent in the amount of 3 days partially in advance, and should the reservation be cancelled, the rent will be refunded according to the terms of cancellation.
Payment of the remaining part of the rent
The rest of the rent you may pay via SWIFT , bank’s payment order, Master and Visa credit cards, or in cash after your arrival.

Please note that SWIFT and gyro payments may take up to 7 days before and INTACTA APARTMANI d.o.o. has to receive the payment prior to your arrival.
INTACTA APARTMANI d.o.o. only covers its own bank fees.
If you do not want to use our website, you can send your booking request via e-mail or fax.
PAYMENT OF THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND TELEPHONE COSTS
All additional service (IA*) will be determined during the key handover on your departure, and you will be given an invoice for those services. The payment may be done in cash or by Master and Visa credit cards, based on the Approval for Credit Card Charge.
APPROVAL FOR CREDIT CARD CHARGE AND THE AGREEMENT
Upon your arrival you will be given an approval statement to sign by which you confirm to INTACTA APARTMANI d.o.o. to charge you Master or Visa card for the amount of all subsequent expenses (phone costs, additional cleaning, additional services and damages to the apartment or equipment).
INTACTA APARTMANI d.o.o. Gundulićeva 39, Zagreb, Hrvatska thereby confirms and declares to use the provided information about the credit card only for the purposes stated herein. All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
TERMS OF USE OF THE APARTMENT
As all the apartments are privately owned, please, during your stay in the apartment, take good care of the equipment and follow the house rules.
Smoking is not allowed in bedrooms.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
When you come into the apartment, our agent will meet you there to handover the keys and to inspect the facilities together. You will return the keys to the agent on your departure and inspect the facilities together once more.
Please, be so kind to inform us about the exact time of your arrival 24 hours in advance so that we could arrange with the agent to meet you or to organise a taxi if you ordered one. Check-out time is 11:00 on the last day of the visit, and check-in is by 14:00 of the first day of the visit.
If, possible, we will do our best to meet your request regarding leaving later or arriving earlier. Taking into account that we may not say for sure that the apartment will be vacant in a case of earlier arrival or later departure, we advise to rent a day extra due to extended stay.
REDUCING OR EXTENDING YOUR STAY
After you arrive, it is possible to extend your visit, depending on the availability of the apartment. In a case if the apartment should already be booked, Intacta Apartmani d.o.o. will try to find you an alternative accommodation, even though we are not obliged to do so by law.
If you wish to shorten your visit, we will refund 90% of the unused rent (for the day you will not be using the apartment)
INSURANCE
Intacta Apartmani d.o.o. pays the insurance policy with the liability amount of an usual and basic tourist premium up to the highest amount of 10.000,00 EURO on the account of guest’s injury.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Intacta apartmani d.o.o. is committed to keep your personal information and information about your stay and not provide them to third persons.
Intacta apartmani d.o.o. is legally bound to provide your information to the police, due to regulation of your stay in Croatia, and to the Tourist Board of Zagreb, due to calculation of the tourist fee. If you wish your information to be provided to someone, please inform us about that. We only collect necessary basic data about our buyers/customers and inform our customers regarding the use of their information. We regularly provide the customers with the opportunity to remove their information from the mailing lists in marketing campaigns. All the information about the users are kept safe and are available only to employees on need to know basis. All the employees of the Intacta apartmani d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for keeping the privacy protection.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION (FROM THE GUEST’S SIDE)
65% of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 30 days prior to arrival.
45% of the of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 20 days prior to arrival.
25% of the rent or the advanced deposit will be refunded if you cancel the apartment 10 days prior to arrival.
The rent / deposit may not be refunded if the cancellation took place 9 or less days prior to arrival.
Received payment for additional services will be refunded completely, whereas the services provided by our partners will be refunded according to their terms.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION (FROM THE INTACTA APARTMANI D.O.O SIDE).
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances (force majeur), preventing us form provision of booking services, we will try to find you the alternative accommodation in one of our apartments of the same or a higher quality. You will not be extra charged, the rent you have already paid will cover for the costs of the alternative apartment.
Should we not be able to find the alternative apartment, and unfortunately, cancel the booking, due to reasons outside of Intacta Apartmani d.o.o. control (force majeur) we will refund the whole amount you paid, and bear no further liabilities pertaining to that.
LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES LIMITATIONS
These terms are pursuant not only to the person / company that performed booking or reservation, but also for all other persons using the apartment.
Companies that make the reservation on the account of their employees are liable for the accuracy of the provided information regarding the person(s) that will use the apartment.
Persons, or companies approving the booking also confirm that they accept the terms of use, and all obligations and liabilities pertaining to them.
Intacta apartmani d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, induced by use of this website, or losses or damages incurred by use of the apartment in regard to fire, flood, act of God, robbery or any other criminal doings.
Intacta apartmani d.o.o. expressly denies any relationship to or being held liable for any kind of illegal actions carried out by the users of the apartment or the persons escorting them, during the time of their stay in the apartment.
Should any dispute arise, it shall be settled by the competent court in Zagreb.
